Professional Experience:

Sean Lemons has had a wide variety of experiences over his career. Sean started in the advertising world as a designer and then shortly later becoming an Art Director for a small ad agency that specialized in the music industry. During this time Mr. Lemons was exposed to web design while designing web pages for Sony.com. This started a passion in web design and later development. Mr. Lemons continued to learn and explore development tools that has brought him to Application development and B2B integrations.

Integration Experience:

Sean Lemons currently works as an Integration Developer for Rinchem Inc. Mr. Lemons works with tools related and including Microsoft Mule and Boomi to build interations and applications that support Rinchem's B2B needs. Some of these projects include:

Product Integration

Multiple B2B integrations that digest ASN's (advanced shipment notifications), shipment orders, and multiple types of notifications for the Rinchem WMS (Warehouse Management System).

Gold Plains Integration

A B2B integration that imports current credit card charges to the corporate Gold Plains Accounting tool. This is used as to cut down on personal data entry and promote accuracy.

Concur to Rinchem's Learning Management System (LMS)

A daily integration of employee data to the Rinchem Learning Management System. This is used to update the employees training and track active employees.

Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) Updating Tool

A mulesoft application with a front-end input form, that allows editing and updating of government managed chemicals.

Honeywell Delivery Entry for Pick-and-Pack processing

A mulesoft application with a front-end input form, that allows entry of Tracking Numbers and other data that speeds up manual precessing and aids in accuracy.

IMFLASH email data processing

A mulesoft application that processes emailed orders from external clients into the Rinchem Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Multimedia/Application Experience:

Standalone Application: Human Resources Support

An interactive tool that introduces new hires to the Technical Services Sector of Northrop Grumman and to policies and procedures for all employees.

Standalone Application: DETEC – Operator/Maintenance Training

An interactive tool that demonstrates procedures and identifies items used in the operation and maintenance for the DETEC equipment.

Standalone Application: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

A tool that explains new requirements and processes instituted in the FAA department and restructure. Uses a video and scenario based interactions to convey content.

Standalone Application: Defense Travel System (DTS)

An interactive tool used by the Global Department of Defense (DoD) travel Application. Demonstrates the procedures/functions covering; submitting travel reservations to administering site data and reconciling billing after travel has occurred.

Standalone Application: Think Like a Commander

An interactive demo that demonstrates one of the lead research institutes for training, leader development, soldier research and development. This application uses exercises to support Command, Control and Communication of battle staff situations.

Standalone Application: Unified Command Center (UCC)

Interactive tool that demonstrates in a scenario fashion, the center when it receives and processes calls to 911, 311, and the District's customer service line, 311. During major emergencies, the center becomes the District’s Emergency Operations Center (Mayor's Command Center) and provides a central location for multiple agencies to address any variety of situations.

Web Development/Design Experience

Sean served as the lead and/or primary developer and designer for many highly interactive Web sites where he has preformed task such as: developing 508-compliant sites, developing SCORM/AICC compliant training, developing eCommerce sites for billing, searching, and ordering products, developing message boards, and custom Learning Management Systems (LMS). JAC (Job Aid Center) – internal to Northrop Grumman:

Online self-help support library, developed based on the need for Northrop Grumman employees to have fast, one-stop online access to supportive documentation for a variety of computer applications hardware, and other employee tools.  (Database driven web site)

FIND online Help – internal to Northrop Grumman:

Online training tool for the FIND computer system used by Northrop Grumman employees. (SCORM, 508, and using Flash, HTML, and Captivate to demonstrate functions of the system)

FasTime Web-based Training – internal to Northrop Grumman:

Online training tool that demonstrates the use of multiple user profiles and task related workflows, on the task employees need to accurately record time charged on projects at Northrop Grumman. . (SCORM, 508, and using Flash, HTML, and Captivate to demonstrate functions of the system)

National Guard Youth Delegate site – internal to National Guard:

Supports delegates in completing grass roots tasks and efforts online, and includes delegate bulletin board, online newsletters, login, and delegate contact list. (Database driven web site)

National Guard (FAC) Training and Custom LMS – internal to National Guard:

Training and customized LMS for the National Guard. Beginning with Family Assistance Center where users entering information (name, address, password, etc.) into the custom LMS can track the progress of the training sessions to ensure that the users meet the competencies and completions needed to work at the National Guard (FAC). Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA) - www.vita.virginia.gov:

Online site providing information technology that enables Virginia government employees to find information and order software and hardware for their job. This site interfaces with multiple agencies, warehouses, billing agencies and delivery companies. (one of a small team for this Database driven web site)

Classroom and Standup Training Experience:

Sean has experience in classroom and standup training for since 1994. Sean develops his own content and instructs on a regular basis. Sean feels this keeps his skills sharp and up-to-date.  Some of these training experiences include:

University of New Mexico:

Adult training on a part-time basis, ranging from beginning to advanced levels or a wide-ranging set of applications and techniques. Specializing in Adobe Flash, HTML5 and CSS3, JavaScripting, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, actionScripting, and web and multimedia processes.

Northrop Grumman Employees Training:

For full-time staff and on-call staff, demonstrating software applications and web techniques to maximize productivity, facilitating the adoption of new software and production techniques, mentoring junior developers, and providing classroom training.

Youth Delegate Support Symposium:

Classroom training and mentoring  programs supporting youth delegates in completing grass roots tasks and efforts. This standup training included training soft-skills to teen delegates that will return to mentor our lessons to other teens in the program.

Proposal Production Experience:

Sean has extensive knowledge and experience in the production of proposals. Sean has give support to many proposals in the past 15 years as a Lead Graphic Designer, or as an Proposal Coordinator. A few of these Proposals include:

Database Experience:

Sean has extensive knowledge and experience database development. Sean works with the TEDS LMS, ColdFusion sites, to develop Stored Procedures to interface a multitude of sites for Sandia National Lab employees.
